This is an exciting opportunity for someone withexperience in high-end five-star hotels, who thrives in both la carte & banquet settings.
A customised new kitchen awaits you, where you willprovide breakfasts, lunches and a number of formal dinners throughout the year.
In the Head Chef's absence, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen, running both a Snack Bar and formal Dining Room.
