Working closely with an experienced Head Chef Professional team in place, just needs strengthening The role will involve assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, writing menus, costing, training and motivating the junior chefs and full control in the Head Chefs absence.
Previous experience within a fresh food kitchen will be essential, along with your own transport due to the rural location of the restaurant.
