As Sous you will a true creative talent with genuine passion to create memorable food experiences for all guests.
The Perks As Sous Chef you can look forward to the following: Package of up to £50,000 including gratuities and pension Gratuities are shared evenly through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 10k to 12k per annum per employee.
4 day working week.
