Sous Chef - Michelin Star restaurant We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Michelin starred Sous chef to work as an integral part of the kitchen team within the hotels Michelin starred restaurant.
The Sous chef will report to the kitchens Head Chef and make sure the standard of food and service are executed to the highest levels at all times.
