A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Wellesbourne area close to Stratford & Warwick for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel which has a busy brasserie stryle restaurant alongside conferences and banqueting.
You will work under the guidance of a talented and experienced Head Chef.
The role can offer straight shifts and an immediate start for the right candidate.
Salary & Benefits Salary to £30k Live in Straights - 42 hour week Meals & Uniform Excellent Benefits Further Training The Role Running and managing the hotel restaurant kitchen alongside Head Chef Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs Preparing meals using fresh produce Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence The Person You will already be a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants Highly motivated and focused.
