As Sous Chef you will: Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, you will also be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence Work on your own section of the kitchen, supporting others members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen which is to at least 2AA Rosette standard Be talented and have a genuine passion for food.
