Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the menu specifications.
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations efficiently.
- Ensure consistent and exceptional presentation of food.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring minimal wastage.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef's and Exec Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Culinary degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Working Hours This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like.
