The Botanist York are recruiting a Sous Chef!What you'll get up toAs a Sous Chef at The Botanist, You will undertake all aspects of kitchen management, to ensure a smooth service at all times.
You will assist the Head Chef with Rota planning, stock control, invoicing and ordering, team recruitment and food health and safety.
