Sous Chef - Thame - £35,000 per annum plus bonus and tronc (extra £7,000) Sous Chef at a great gastropub in Thame, a fantastic opportunity to serve fresh, seasonal food within a dynamic and structured company.
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to grow within this small company.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head Chef to create high-quality dishes Managing kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management and ordering Leading and motivating kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment Upholding health and safety standards at all times Requirements: Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a gastropub environment Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredient Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills A desire for career progression and a commitment to excellence On offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus bonus and tronc (extra £7,000), along with structured career development opportunities within our company.
