What you will be doing as our new Kitchen Magician...  From prep to plate, you'll be hands on and highly organised, working at pace to serve up amazing memories for our guests.
This means: Taking a 'hands on' approach in the production of menu items during service, cooking to spec, adhering to portion control, and recording wastage.
Working on the 'front line' and overseeing all aspects of kitchen management including, food diaries, health and safety and stock management.
Supervising and developing the kitchen team.
