Sous Chef – Brasserie – 40-45k Job Role: Sous Chef Salary: up to 45,000 DOE Food Style: Modern European Brasserie Restaurant Size: 100 covers Contracted Hours: 48 with paid overtime Location: Maidstone We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a great restaurant and brasserie near Maidstone Kent.
There will be a team of 8 chefs and restaurant space for 100 covers including a private dining room.
