I am looking for a talented Sous Chef for an esteemed client in Cardiff...The Job.... Sous Chef - Working as part of a team in an extremely busy establishment, supporting the Head Chef in daily operations ensuring smooth service is delivered.
Quality control checking of all consumables leaving the kitchen.
Adhering to all company Health & Safety standards and policies.

The Food... Modern British fusion / gastro bordering on fine dine
The Person... As goodSous Chef you will need to have come from a fine dining background or gastro restaurant, min of 2yrs in a professional kitchen whether hotel or restaurant, preferably some Rosetted experience.
Worked previously in a busy operation and be eager to give that extra mile.
Worked with fresh produce making everything from scratch.

As a Sous Chef for this company, you need to have a passion for food with a creative flair, and the drive to exceed to all customer expectations.
This could also lead to Career progression eventually to Head Chef within the group as there will be new locations opening with accordance to the company business strategy.
