Sous Chef Location: Central Edinburgh Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Pay: Competitive hourly rate, with overtime options (paid or time off in lieu) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in central Edinburgh, where you'll work a balanced schedule with daytime hours, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
This role involves supporting the Head Chef in producing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring our high standards are met consistently.
