Sous Chef - £32,000 – Surrey My client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team at an Education site near Surrey.
In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in managing and supporting the kitchen team, ensuring top-notch food quality and presentation.
This position requires someone with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen leadership, with an eye for detail and a commitment to elevating the dining experience for students and staff alike.
Sous Chef Requirements : Assist the Head Chef in the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff to maintain high service standards for both clients and customers.
Facilitate smooth kitchen operations by maintaining communication within the team, assisting with inventory, and ensuring timely preparation of meals.
Uphold all COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and legal regulations to ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
