They are looking for an energetic and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.
The Sous Chef will be involved in every step of the food preparation process, from planning to cooking to plating, as well as assisting with daily food orders.
As Sous Chef you will work in a t top of the range kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent standards.

As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include : Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality Preparing and cook fresh local food for restaurant and functions Ordering and maintaining stock levels Managing and training many chef de parties working with you The Sous Chef Requirements : Already working as Sous Chef in a fresh food environment with minimum 12 months experience NVQ2 or College Qualified Enthusiastic with positive attitude and keen to learn.
