Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
Encouraging and developing your team members.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Managing food deliveries and stock control.
Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Sous Chef / 2nd Chef in a hotel kitchen with strong communication skills, a keen superb attention to detail , and take pride in their work.
