An opportunity for an experienced chef to work in a busy gastro pub.
The team is made up of a Head Chef, 2 CDP's and 2 Commis Chefs + KP's. As a Sous Chef in this kitchen, you will need experience in managing junior chefs and running busy services.
The role would best suit a passionate chef looking to push themselves.
