Experienced Sous Chef, Dining Pub We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef for a busy food led British pub, within the lovely village of Hambleden near Henley-on-Thames.
This will be the perfect role for an experienced sous chef looking to work alongside the head chef and a small friendly team, cooking with fresh, high quality ingredients to execute beautiful seasonal dishes.

The Person The successful Sous Chef will have the following: Experience as a Sous chef in a fresh food kitchen Confident to run a section and oversee service Strong HACCAP and food hygiene knowledge Ability to cost menus, stock take and order Must be able to drive Ability to work with a long-standing head chef and really be a team player Proven track record of stability in jobs Personable If you are an experienced Sous Chef looking for a great opportunity to work alongside and help lead a skilled team then apply today!
