You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle and four Red Star boutique hotel and creating truly memorable and impressive 5*dishes for our guests in our 3 Rosette restaurant.

The Castle has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past.
Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.

We operate 7 days a week, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as the occasional wedding and functions.

Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that Thrives under pressure Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the Ambition to succeed at the highest levels Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
