The high quality, innovative training and coaching will support the development of your skills.You will be leading the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation and develop nutritious and diet sensitive meals for residents and their requirements.
You will plan and design a menu based around the seasons.You will manage stock control and adhere to food cost guidelines and ensure compliance with both Food Safety and Health and Safety in the kitchen.
