\n \n A opportunity for a Sourcing Manager to join a major Financial Services organisation, at a time of major transformation and activity for the business, supporting the Marketing Services Team.

\n \n \n The Role: \n A chance to get involved in cutting-edge Marketing sourcing, at a time when the organisation is constantly evolving its AI and Tech operations offering.
You will build important strategic relationships with the Brand and Marketing Team, collaborating to lead sourcing projects which foster strategic innovation within their agency landscape.
\n \n You will support a clear pipeline of "Business as Usual" contracts across Marketing subcategories, as well as new, high-profile projects and major contracts coming up for renewal in 2025.
You will contribute to the development of category strategy and support the Brand and Marketing Experience Team with transformation plans.
\n \n Requirements: \n \n Marketing Procurement experience, ideally with exposure to Media subcategory.
\n Strong stakeholder management ability.
\n Excellent negotiation skills.
\n Advantageous would be any experience with SAP Ariba.
\n Prior experience within a large, matrix organisation.
