We have an exciting 9-month contractor vacancy within our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sourcing Team in Group Sourcing & Supplier Management (GS&SM).

Job Summary: The GS&SM team is crucial in delivering the bank's vision of putting customers first, supporting a net zero carbon economy, and building the bank of the future.
We manage the Group's external spend to ensure it aligns with our goals in an effective and secure way.

What You'll Be Doing: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of BPO and offshoring engagements.
Collaborate with senior leadership, Supplier Management, Offshore Shared Services, and the Cost Management Team.
Influence stakeholders to shape our approach to outsourcing and offshoring BPO services.

Lead sourcing strategy development and deployment within the BPO category.
Manage the full sourcing lifecycle from strategy to contract management.
Work collaboratively with supply chain management teams and senior stakeholders.
Drive innovation and optimize processes for speed, efficiency, and quality.
Agile Working Options: Our hybrid work style involves spending at least two days per week at one of our hub office sites in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Halifax, or Edinburgh.
