Solutions In Service (Sis) | Support Worker

Salary £12 Sleeps- £44.33 Location: Chester Hours: 37.5 per week The role of a Support Worker.

SIS are currently looking to recruit an experienced individual who has experience working within a supported living service.
As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.
About the service
SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest.
We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014.
This all-male scheme is home to 12 people who benefit from communal living with a 24/7 staff presence.
All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget planning.

Experience within Mental Health Experience working Within Supported Living.
Driving is preferable but not essential.
Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.
