The Solutions Engineer role is a collaborative role where you will work with other departments to deliver a world class customer experience.
We are looking for someone to own the technology component of our sales cycle and then ensure successful technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities Technical Consultation : Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate those into effective solutions.
Solution Design : Develop and implement innovative solutions by leveraging our APIs, SDKs, and other payment tools.
Pre-sales Support : Assist in presenting technical solutions and proof-of-concept demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the implementation process.
Continuous Improvement : Help refine internal tools and processes to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and scalable.
