We're launching an AI-powered SaaS platform for housing repair prioritisation and are looking for a Solutions Architect to help shape and deliver the product whilst also driving business development.
This role offers high levels of responsibility and flexibility, making it ideal for someone eager to influence both product and market strategy.
We welcome candidates with startup experience or those from larger organisations seeking a more agile environment with a business driven by a social purpose.
Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a technical expert with business acumen to lead both the architectural design of our SaaS solution and its introduction to the housing sector.
You'll work closely with product development while also building relationships with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and council housing teams.
Key Responsibilities Shape & Build: Design the technical architecture of our AI-driven asset management platform.
Client Engagement: Develop relationships with housing providers, demonstrating how the system meets their needs.
Business Development: Drive the go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities and shaping the product roadmap.
Flexibility & Ownership: Collaborate with a small, flexible team, taking ownership over both product and business growth decisions.
Skills & Experience Technical expertise in SaaS or cloud-based architecture.
Experience in the housing sector, ideally with Registered Social Landlords or Council teams.
Business development experience, including client network and previous delivery of go-to-market strategy.
A startup mindset or a desire for more flexibility and influence in a smaller, agile team.
