Solutions Architect

Solution Architect (Digital) - £95,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus Scheme - Retail Sector - Hybrid working from Watford La Fosse is working in partnership with a leading retailer based in Watford and they are looking for a Solution Architect to join their Architecture team.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technology solutions to support our business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and secure IT systems and architectures.
Experience & Skills Experience of providing consultancy to the business, designing, and monitoring complex architectures and delivering architectural solutions to solve business requirements and concerns Develop, coach and bring teams together through collaborative working.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, influencing, stakeholder management.
Strong hands-on implementation skills in contemporary technologies and methodologies (Cloud, Integrations / APIs), comfortable working at the detailed level in complex technical environments Modelling processes, systems, data and infrastructure in UML, Archimate and/or other modelling languages Systems architecture creation techniques, wide range of available technologies.
Self-motivation to drive through a programme that reconciles and meets complex and competing demands.
Experience working to agile methodologies.
Experience of working within a multi-channel retail environment
