Job Title: Solution Architect Location : Northampton (Hybrid) Salary : Up to £75,000 (depending on experience) Anson McCade is excited to partner with one of the UK's leading global banks, who are looking to expand their talented team of Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities of a Solutions Architect: - Ability to design and develop solutions that evolve with business needs, adhering to modern software engineer practices.
- Previous experience with using API's, Microservices ETL processes.
- Proven track record of leading architecture inputs, ensuring compliance with governance processes .
- Lead technical workshops, guide development teams, and ensure the overall quality and scalability of the implementations.
- Ability to analyse complex set of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc.)
to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Development: Design scalable, flexible solutions that evolve with changing business needs, utilizing modern software engineering practices.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical workshops, guide development teams, and ensure best practices are followed, delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Governance & Compliance: Take ownership of architecture inputs, ensuring strict adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clarity, and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyse complex datasets from multiple sources (both internal and external), leveraging insights to solve problems and drive innovation.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support to operational teams by identifying and resolving performance issues and contributing to the overall optimization of existing solutions.
The Ideal Candidate: • A solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-based technologies.
• Previous experience in leading architectural decisions and driving technical direction in large-scale projects.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellence in digital transformation.
• Comfortable with complex problem-solving, having the ability to synthesize large sets of data and use it to craft effective solutions.
• A strong communicator, able to engage with senior leadership and both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
