We are currently seeking a skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Order Management systems to join our team and help us shape the future of fibre broadband.

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect specializing in Order Management, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing OSS solutions that streamline and enhance the order lifecycle within the wholesale fibre broadband sector.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure our solutions meet business needs, are scalable, and align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Design and architect Order Management solutions within the OSS framework to meet the needs of the wholesale fibre broadband industry.
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-level designs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, provisioning, and fulfillment.
Ensure solutions are scalable, modular, and aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
Ensure integration between Order Management systems and other OSS components such as inventory, service activation, and billing.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in OSS technologies, fibre broadband trends, and order management practices.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on Order Management in the OSS domain.
In-depth knowledge of the wholesale fibre broadband industry and its operational requirements.
Hands-on experience with OSS platforms and tools, particularly those related to order management, provisioning, and service orchestration.
Strong understanding of integration methodologies (e.g., APIs, ESB, microservices) and system interoperability.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as TM Forum (e.g., SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering robust and innovative solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills: Experience with specific Order Management platforms (e.g., Sigma, Oracle OSM, etc.)
Knowledge of fibre broadband provisioning and service activation processes.
Exposure to cloud-based OSS solutions and DevOps practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
