Senior Amazon Connect Architect About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex contact center solutions for our clients.
As a key member of our team you will be responsible for architecting developing and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and a broad range of AWS services.
You will collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AWS cloud engineers in the design development and implementation of contact center solutions.
• Architecture Design: Develop and own the overall architecture of contact center solutions ensuring optimal performance scalability and security.
• AWS Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda DynamoDB S3 SNS Lex Bedrock API Gateway Pinpoint etc.)
to build integrated contact center solutions.
• Amazon Connect Mastery: Demonstrate indepth expertise in Amazon Connect including contact flows agent desktops routing analytics and integration capabilities.
• CDK Proficiency: Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline the deployment process.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges providing innovative solutions and workarounds.
• Best Practices: Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Senior Amazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successful contact center implementations.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in AWS and Amazon Connect.
• Experience with contact center industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python JavaScript).
