Solicitor (NQ-5PQE) – Residential Property – mfg Solicitors Telford We have a fantastic opportunity for an NQ-5PQE Residential Property Solicitor at our Telford office.
The ideal candidate Technically proficient and with a good sense of judgement, you'll be very much the team player with an ability to build effective relations with others.
Commercially aware, you will be highly motivated and able to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks across a range of matters.
Key to your success will be a proactive and articulate nature which supports your delivery of client service excellence.
Responsibilities Managing a range of residential property transaction types, including sales, purchases, country properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements.
Sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others.
Supporting business development activities as may be required.
