What You'll Be Doing Providing legal advice on risk management and dispute resolution, both at pre-action and during litigation Managing a range of property-related disputes, from commercial to complex residential cases Working on mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering commercial advice tailored to their needs Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless, high-quality advice About the Team You will be joining a Tier 1-ranked Property Litigation team known for its pragmatic and innovative approach to dispute resolution.
