About the Role: As a key member of the RTA team, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert advice and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conducting legal research and case analysis.

Preparing cases for hearings, trials, and settlements.
Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
About You: Qualified Solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive with expertise in RTA cases.
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and personal injury law.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-care skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
