Location: Maidstone Job Title: Legal Advisor/Solicitor - Residential Property Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience) Hours of work: Full time/permanent working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Hybrid working available) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor/Solicitor specialising in Residential Property to join our highly reputable client based in Maidstone.
As a Legal Advisor/Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds Conducting due diligence on properties and ensuring all legal requirements are met Representing clients in negotiations and settlements Providing legal support and guidance to other team members Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and qualified as a Solicitor Proven experience working as a Legal Advisor/Solicitor in Residential Property Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
