Landlord Advice UK has a high volume of enquiries, and a client base which would use additional services that could be offered upon transforming to a regulated firm.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a qualified solicitor who has practiced for at least 3 years, and is eager to make a significant impact on both the firm and their own career.
This is not a typical solicitor role; you will be instrumental in navigating our firm's regulatory journey, setting up compliant frameworks, and establishing best practices to elevate our firm's reputation and credibility.
Additionally, the successful applicant will have a direct influence on decisions regarding their own progression, contributing to the future direction of the firm as the partner.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the regulatory transition of the firm from an unregulated to a fully regulated entity Develop and implement compliance and regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures Provide expert advice in property law matters, supporting our clients with high-level legal service Collaborate with the management team to drive the strategic vision of the firm Build and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing the firm's profile and client base Foster and promote a culture of compliance and regulatory awareness within the team What We're Looking For: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of practice.
