Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a dynamic Legal Office, providing high-quality legal services on a range of matters within the corporate remit.
This role offers the chance to work across a wide spectrum of corporate law, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate and company law, compliance and risk management, procurement, FOISA, and UK GDPR.

The successful candidate will bring 1-2 years of post-qualification experience and hold a valid practising certificate issued by the Law Society of Scotland.
You will have a proven track record in public law and experience in areas such as contract law, procurement, and compliance with FOISA and UK GDPR.
A strong understanding of legal risk management and the development of internal policies to support operational efficiency is essential.

This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
A proactive and inclusive approach, coupled with strong planning and organisational abilities, is key.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and confidence in navigating change and ambiguity, are also important.

This hybrid role involves 37 hours per week, with 1-2 days onsite as required, offering flexibility and a collaborative working environment.
