Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Partner Location: Brighton Overview: A leading Legal 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner (10+ PQE) to join its Brighton office.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior solicitor to contribute to the firm's ambitious growth strategy and lead a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, property finance, portfolio management, and landlord-tenant relationships.
We are recruiting for a highly experienced partner who embodies the firm's values and is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking, collaborative environment.
Role Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years PQE in commercial property law, with expertise in portfolio management, property finance, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Desire to play a key role in a fast-growing team and support the development of junior solicitors.
Skills: • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Strong commercial acumen and proactive approach to client work.
