Solicitor Our well-respected client are searching for an experienced Solicitor, ideally 3 years + PQE to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Christchurch, Dorset.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include: ?Excellent organisational skills Marketing and networking skills Ability to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing Ability to work closely with and supervise a paralegal Ability to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing Can communicate effectively at all levels Ability to motivate yourself to meet / exceed targets Able to work independently and manage a caseload Ability to structure own workload, making best use of resources and time Ability to oversee team members work and deal with issues as they arise Returns client calls Able to meet new clients and win new business They are a very collaborative team and a firm that will look to support your development from day one.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right individual to flourish They will look to provide a starting salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 and this will look to increase, once established.
