This role will see the successful candidate support senior fee earners, manage their own caseload, and develop professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Casework Support: Assist senior team members with delegated tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Caseload Management: Independently manage files under senior supervision, building legal expertise and autonomy.
Client Relations: Develop client relationships by managing expectations and delivering high-quality service.
Business Development & Marketing: Participate in business development and marketing activities to support the team's growth.
Qualifications and Attributes: Qualified Solicitor: 1-5 years PQE, ideally with experience in contested wills and probate.
Professional Certifications: ACTAPS accreditation or a strong interest in working toward this certification is desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
