The Candidate: As an Energy Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the Energy Law department, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to a diverse range of clients within the energy industry.
You will play a crucial role in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic guidance to clients on energy-related matters.
The Role: Provide expert legal advice on energy law matters, including renewable energy projects, regulatory compliance, project development, and acquisitions.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure clients are fully informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to energy transactions, power purchase agreements, and joint ventures.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to energy contracts and regulatory compliance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in energy law, industry trends, and legislative changes to provide timely advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
