Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive - Litigation

Thorpe and Co Ltd are seeking a dynamic 4+year PQE Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in civil litigation.
The ideal candidate will be confident in advising clients on a range of litigation matters and will be able to demonstrate their experience in a range of areas which could include all or some of the following:
Property litigation; Contract disputes; Personal Injury; Landlord Tenant disputes (private and commercial); Debt Recovery; Professional/ Clinical Negligence claims; TOLATA; Contentious probate and disputes; Employment Law. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases. Assist in building and developing the department. Skills and Qualifications: Strong litigation skills with a track record of handling complex cases. Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adherence to professional ethics and legal standards. Why Join Us? Salary: £40K plus depending on experience and qualification.
Primarily based at either our Whitby and/or Scarborough offices.
