Job role : Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive Leasehold Black Management Sector Salary: £30-60k DOE Location: Birmingham Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Remote working available The main responsibilities of the role include: Debt Recovery - small claims/fast-track/Multi-track.
Breach of Lease - County Court Action/FTT Action.
Forfeiture and Possession Proceedings.
Lease Extensions & Variations.
FTT Applications.
Lease Analysis.
Enforcement of Judgments.
Providing advice to clients re major works consultations/ s20b notices/ lease variations/ lease structure/ notice of repairs.
Ability to support our Pre-Litigation team with any queries.
Attendance at Industry events/conferences for BD purposes, along with client meetings as required.
Who are we looking for: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the areas of work covered above (Strictly Long Leasehold) A working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, a familiarity with leases and enforcement of judgments.
Proactive, self-motivated, organised and reliable, attention to detail with a strong academic background.
Excellent but concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Strong organisation and administration skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
A friendly and personable approach with colleagues and clients and an ability to deal with matters sensitively and explain complex issues to clients.
Ability to work either alone or collaboratively with other team members, and to use initiative and demonstrate sound judgment.
Strong IT and document management skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
