Solicitor/Barrister

4 Positions We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solicitors/Barrister to join our team on a adhoc/self employed basis who must experience in one of the following: (1).
Litigation (2).
Dispute Resolution (3).
Landlord & Tenant (Residential/Commercial) (4).
Construction Law (5).
Arbitration (6).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about law and has strong negotiation skills.
As a Barrister, you will supervise the solicitor and be involved in the case from the outset as you will instructed if matters proceed to court Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Represent clients in court proceedings - Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients - Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies - Maintain accurate and organized case files Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Law or related field - Valid license to practice law - Proven experience as a Solicitor or similar role - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively This is a role : * You will only do legal work and that is all.
There is no marketing/business development Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour (Solicitor) Pay: £40.00 - £100.00 per hour (Barrister) Work Location: Remote Expected start date: 25/11/2024 Please note, we are happy to work with even if you have alternative employment elsewhere or are self employed.
