Solicitor - Banking & Insolvency

OUR CLIENT A leading law firm THE ROLE We have a new role for an Associate Solicitor 1-4 PQE to join a well established Insolvency team with a view to handling a broad ranging insolvency/banking workload The insolvency team specialises in complex, high-value transactional and advisory work.
With expert knowledge in both corporate and personal insolvency work, the team acts for insolvency practitioners, private banks, companies and boards.
You will be handling a broad ranging insolvency workload, including administrations, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and receivership.
The candidate will also be acting for individuals and other stakeholders on personal bankruptcy matters.The team also advised on mortgages and lrelated finance/ending work THE CANDIDATE You will have; a high level of technical knowledge with a sound academic background and City law firm backgroundStrong academic backgroundExcellent organisational skills with and strong interest and enthusiasm in respect of insolvency workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe candidate will be expected to quickly become an integral part of an established and highly regarded team Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
