Software Team Leader (Permanent)

As the selected RF Team Leader, you'll provide technical leadership for the development of projects whilst ensuring high quality, repeatable designs that meet the agreed requirements.

The right candidate will have a solid background in RF, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator.

Review projects progress, set priorities, and address challenges.
Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.
Engage in project management activities, such as updating project timelines, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
