Position Overview Provide remote technical assistance to existing customers regarding bespoke business management software systemsBasic SQL Database Administration Provide some on-site technical assistance and training to existing customersDesktop PC & Server installation, configuration and diagnosis as requiredClient, server and network security managementMulti-site LAN, WAN, and VoIP configuration and supportProvide technical support to existing customers in use of a bespoke eCommerce platform Position Requirements Driving License & Car – ESSENTIALAbility to learn & adapt quickly Good communication and customer service skillsExperience of Microsoft Client/Server environments, Microsoft SQL & Networking technologies – AdvantageExcellent spoken English Bright, driven and energetic with a passion for learning and technology Overnight stays occasional required for customer visits outside the local area Position Remuneration Monday to Friday£20,000 – 25,000 DOEExcellent career progression & training providedAdditional Leave Casual Dress & Company Events On-site ParkingSick Pay Performance Bonuses
