They are seeking an agile and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their B2B Business Process Automation (BPA) sales team of 3 (with an expectation to grow this part of their business stream and the team).
As Sales Manager for Business Process Automation, you will be responsible for growth and success in sales opportunities, new customer growth and have a proven track record in B2B technology with specifically software and SaaS sales.
You will have expert understanding of BPA solutions including docuware.
You will drive revenue growth within the BPA solutions space through strategic planning and execution.
Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role Solution sales expertise: proven experience in solution sales within BPA, Digitisation and SaaS Business development experience: demonstrated success in business development with a track record of achieving sales goals and growing own portfolio and new clients Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills Excellent technical knowledge of BPA solutions including docuware and Able to identify opportunities whilst managing relationships with customers and key stakeholders Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of sales leadership Aligned to core values Excellent communication skills, face to face with technical and commercial customers at all levels Excellent negotiation / influencing skills Positive 'can do attitude and takes responsibility 'ownership' to achieve solutions Positive proactive can-do work ethic with a resilience drive for improvement and realising new revenue opportunities Able to work independently, juggling and prioritising across workloads and consistently meeting sales targets High level of personal resilience, adaptable and flexible to manage various situations and ambiguity Excellent Microsoft office skills Full and valid driver's licence
