Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities Include: Building high-performance teams through line management and supporting their development Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring the right technical skills and culture fit for the company Be an influential technical leader, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cross-team intiatives Skills and Experience Required: Technical proficiency with JavaScript, Typescript, Node and Cloud Platforms Previous experience developing engineers and cultivating an enabling environment for them to thrive Comfortable within a fast-paces, agile environment Passionate about building great products with scale, security, resilience, and a great customer experience This role is available on a full-time, permanent basis, offering a starting salary up to £100,000 (Depending upon experience) and a mostly remote, hybrid model.
