The Shazam Frameworks team is looking for a software engineer to help deliver the magic of Shazam within Apple.
The Shazam Frameworks team is responsible for developing the infrastructure, services, and frameworks powering Shazam features across Apple's Operating Systems.
DescriptionThis is a hands-on software engineering role that involves engineering new functionality, as well as improving and maintaining existing functionality.
This role will require working at all layers of the application stack to deliver results, and you will have substantial collaboration with other teams across Apple as you tackle complex problems.
In addition to a strong focus on performance, scalability, interoperability, and correctness, you will be involved in a highly professional engineering process that results in the production of high-quality, refined, tested, and production-ready code.
Minimum QualificationsUser-interface programming experience using SwiftUI.Excellent API design and cross-platform framework development skills.Highly productive with a passion for working on products with large user bases.A phenomenal teammate that is able to work collaboratively.Habitually write clear, concise, and well-factored code using the latest Swift concepts.Preferred QualificationsExperience with profiling, performance optimisation, and crash investigation.Deep knowledge of the application development lifecycle across iOS / macOS / watchOS / tvOS / visionOS.A keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest Apple engineering concepts.
