What are they looking for in a software Developer?
Strong commercial skills, in broad software engineering practices – OOP, platform building, solution design and web app design and RESTful experience
Experience working full stack- with a focus on C# .NET, and JavaScript
Utilisation of data tooling's SQL NoSQL, database platforming etc
Good grasp of testing techniques, unit testing
Basic front end JavaScript experience with HTML CSS
Experience with NoSQL databases and Kafka messaging will make you stand out
