Position Summary We're seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for supporting machine learning operations and experience in Python, Docker, and cloud frameworks.
This role is integral to ensuring robust and scalable machine learning workflows and requires strong web development skills.
A background or interest in machine learning, chemistry, or drug discovery workflows is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions to support machine learning and data pipelines.
Create, manage, monitor Docker containers and deploy on AWS and Azure.
Collaborate with data scientists to streamline workflows and ensure high-quality data processing.
Assist in web application development, including APIs, frontend integration, and cloud connectivity.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Docker.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure, and understanding of cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Python web development frameworks (Flask/FastAPI) and frontend libraries such as ReactJS.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and workflows.
Desirable Skills Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and data engineering.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Knowledge of chemistry or drug discovery processes.
Exposure to DevOps principles and CI/CD processes for ML pipelines.
